I know I complain on here all the time about my office robot job but there are some good things about it.
One I get a guaranteed paycheck every 2 weeks and they are really flexible when it comes to me needing time off.
The main positive thing about this job is how much I’m learning.
I had a meeting with my boss and he observed me while I was on the phone with one of our customers. One of my many duties in my position is to teach the new customers the company website.
After the call he gave me constructive criticism which I’ve learned to love but he also taught me a few things without even realizing it.
It was a great conversation and I walked out feeling like I learned things not only about myself but how to run a business.
Getting paid to learn the ins and outs of different companies isn’t a bad thing and I hope to use what I learn in the future.
