Cheat Days? More like cheat weeks

I’m a firm believer in being human and making mistakes. No one is perfect in any aspect of their life even if they claim to be. We all have flaws and I’m not different.

When it comes to living a healthy lifestyle, most of the time I’m focused and really good when it comes to diet and excerise. I will go for a good month with eating healthy and working out 4-5 times a week. 

With that being said I do have my weeks where I’m completely the opposite of healthy. I eat junk food and workout once a week if that. 

I’ll do that for a week or two and then I’m right back on track because my body will tell me that enough is enough. 

What used to hold me back in the past was I was striving to be perfect. If I had a bad day or a bad week I would make myself feel bad about it. 

I don’t obsess about my weight now and I stay far away from a scale. I base my health on how I feel and if one day I decide I want to eat a bunch of junk food and not work out I don’t stress about it. 

I’m human and I won’t be perfect so why waste my time trying to be?
